How does the credit system work?

Credits are used to pay for AI operations (LLM calls), web scraping, and data processing. Each operation has a specific credit cost based on complexity. Free tier users start with 10,000 credits. PRO and BUSINESS users receive monthly credit refills (30,000 and 120,000 respectively). You can purchase additional credits anytime at $1 per 1,000 credits (¥6.9 per 1,000 credits).

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to PRO or BUSINESS features will continue until the end of your current billing period. Any unused credits will remain in your account for 90 days after cancellation. No refunds are provided for partial months.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your data remains safe. However, if you exceed the limits of your new tier (e.g., number of sources, libraries, or content items), older items will be archived and read-only. You can re-activate them by upgrading again or deleting other items to free up space.

Do you offer annual plans or discounts?

Annual plans with discounted pricing are on our roadmap for Q2 2025. For now, all subscriptions are billed monthly. Enterprise customers with annual commitments can contact us at octoooo@octoooo.com for custom pricing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Alipay for Chinese customers. Stripe handles all payment processing securely. We do not store your card information. Enterprise customers can request invoice-based billing (NET-30 terms available).

Is there a free trial for PRO or BUSINESS tiers?

Currently, we offer a generous free tier with 10,000 starting credits so you can test the platform before upgrading. Free trial options for paid tiers are planned for Q2 2025. Contact us at octoooo@octoooo.com if you need early access to evaluate PRO or BUSINESS features.
